How to Request a Refund

2. We will provide you with return instructions.
3. Return the item(s) in their original condition within 14 days.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• Personalised or custom-made items.
• Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
